The study of PVB waste application obtained from recycled windshields

Anotace

The study deals about describing of water dependence and chemical reactants to the change of optical and adhesive properties of the polymer. The thesis shows very important knowledge about adhesion adjusting of PVB to glass and influence of water and adhesion modificators to the change of PVB properties. Results also describe a sensibility of PVB adhesion with difference water content in PVB matrix at tested PVB sheets from worldwide manufacturers. Mentioned is also focused on describing of the sensibility of PVB adhesion of variously modified PVB materials. Obtained results suggest a technological process of PVB separation from the glass during the recycling of laminated safety glass. The recycling method was developed in technological for recycling of all worldwide PVB sheet manufacturers.
